PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental filling and restoring kit curing a pretreatment material and a filling and restoring material by photo-irradiating them only once, where the kit has adhesive force between a tooth and a filling and restoring material hardly affected by the thickness of the filling and restoring material, exhibits an excellent aesthetic property and does not require medicine kneading work before filling the tooth with the filling and restoring material. SOLUTION: The dental filling and restoring material comprises (A) a filling and restoring material comprising (a) 100 pts.mass of a radically polymerizable monomer containing no acidic group, (b) a sulfinic acid salt, (c) a photopolymerization initiator and (d) 80-2,000 pts.mass of a filler and (B) a pretreatment material comprising (e) a radically polymerizable monomer containing an acidic group and (f) water.
