PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily select desired image information from image information arranged on a geographic drawing. SOLUTION: This image information management system is provided with: an image management server 10 having a storage part 130 for storing image data to which photographic position information and photographic object position information are added and a control part 120 for, when the display of the image data arranged at the photographic position or the photographic object position is requested, acquiring image data corresponding to the request, and for generating image group marker information for displaying an image data group whose position information is present in a prescribed region as one image data group marker; and an image registration browsing device 20 having a control part 220 for arranging and displaying image group markers on geographic drawing data, and for, when one image group marker is selected from the displayed image group markers, acquiring the image data group corresponding to the image group marker, and for displaying the image data group to be browsed by a user.
