PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a bottom plate-locking work even when a bottom-openable waste box is placed on the irregular ground, and to enable a stacking work using a forklift by reducing the size of a handle attached to the upper part. SOLUTION: The bottom can be locked with small force by adding a screw mechanism enabling up-down movement of a lock shaft even when the bottom plate is not completely closed, and this enables the handle to be small-sized. As a result, the upper space is made, and obtained is the safe and exact bottom openable waste box causing no accident of lock opening during the work by improving engagement of the mechanism with a lock fitting.
