PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device capable of reducing displacement of a king pin shaft to a vehicle longitudinal direction accompanying a stroke of wheels. SOLUTION: Two upper links 3, 4 for connecting an upper region of an axle 2 to a vehicle body side member 10 are provided and arranged so as to intersect with each other at an intersection point S in the top view.
