A strip pack device for sticking the end (Z) of an article (X) to a belt-shaped body comprises a holding means for transferring the article (X) while holding to a predetermined sticking portion, a pair of rollers (52a, 52b), a stopper (84), and a regulation means. The pair of rollers (52a, 52b) are provided at a position where the holding means accepts the article and rotate while clamping the end (Z) of the article (X). The stopper (84) regulates the end (Z) of the article (X) which is pulled in through rotation of the pair of rollers (52a, 52b) at a predetermined position. The regulation means regulates the distance between the axes of the pair of rollers (52a, 52b) by oscillating a member (78) for supporting one of the pair of rollers (52a, 52b) about a centerline parallel with the centerline of rotation of the roller (52b).
