<p>It is intended to provide an MRI probe for visualizing a reaction in vivo such as an enzymatic reaction or an interaction between proteins. An MRI probe which comprises a paramagnetic metal and a nuclide carrier for MRI monitoring holding an MRI monitoring nuclide and in which the above-described nuclide carrier for MRI monitoring is connected to the above-described paramagnetic metal: wherein the above-described nuclide carrier for MRI monitoring has a site affected by an enzymatic reaction; when an enzyme exerts an effect on the above-described site, the structure of the above-described nuclide carrier for MRI monitoring is changed so that the distance between the above-described MRI monitoring nuclide and the above-described paramagnetic metal can be changed; and the above-described MRI monitoring nuclide is one or more members selected from the group consisting of F, Xe and He.</p>
