CONTROL SYSTEM FOR REMOTE MONITORING OF MACHINES FOR INJECTION MOULDING OF PLASTIC MATERIAL PRODUCTS

A control system (1) for remote monitoring of machines (2) for injection moulding of plastic material products, wherein each machine is provided with a die (4) for forming the piece, and with a local electronic control device (11) directly connected to the die (4) for controlling a series of apparatuses (8, 10) present in the die (4) itself as a function of the values of a series of physical process quantities correlated to the die (4) itself; the system comprising at least one electronic processor (3) for remote surveillance, which is connected, via a data- transmission network (13), to the electronic control device (11) of each injection-moulding machine (2), and the electronic control device (11) of each injection-moulding machine (2) being able to send to the electronic processor (3) the values or the time evolutions of all the physical process quantities acquired and/or processed by said device during the cycle of injection of the corresponding injection-moulding machine (2); the electronic processor (3) being able to receive from the various electronic control devices (11) the actual values or time evolutions of the corresponding physical process quantities, and to verify whether the actual values or time evolutions of the physical process quantities remain within pre-set limits of tolerance with respect to standard values or time evolutions of the same physical process quantities specific for the product made of plastic material produced by the die (4) to which the electronic control device (11) is currently connected.
