<p>Disclosed is an immunostimulatory oligonucleotide having the structure selected from 5'-TCG1AACG1TTCG1-X-G1CTTG1CAAG1CT-5'; 5'-TCG1AACG1TTCG1-Y-TCTTG2CTGTCT-5'; 5'-CTGTCG2TTCTCo-X-oCTCTTG2CTGTC-5'; 5'-CTGTCoG2TTCTC-X-CTCTTG2oCTGTC-5'; 5'-TCG1AACG1TTCG1-Y -GACAG1CTGTCT-5'; wherein X is a glycerol linker, Y is a C3-linker, o is phosphodiester linkage, G1 is 2'-deoxy-7-deazaguanosine and G2 is arabinoguanosine. Also disclosed is the use of these oligonucleotides for treating cancer, an autoimmune disorder, airway inflammation, inflammatory disorders, skin disorders, allergy, asthma or a disease caused by a pathogen.</p> |
