BACK-UP TAPE FOR PIPE WELDING

摘要

A backup tape for welding a pipe is provided to block effectively an underfill phenomenon and to be adhered well according to a bending of a pipe welding part. A backup tape for welding a pipe contains: an outer aluminium tape having a predetermined width and hanging down to a strip-like shape(100); a pair of inner aluminium tapes(200) narrower than a width of the outer side aluminium tape, adhered in order to be overlapped with the outer aluminium tape on a center portion of an upper side of the outer aluminium tape; and a strip(300) adhered in order to be overlapped with the inner side aluminium tape on the upper side of the inner side aluminium tape. A thickness of the strip is 1mm to 5mm. The strip is made of fiber glass or silica material.
