METHOD FOR COOING CONTINUOUS CASTING SLABS

A method of a continuous casting slab is provided to prevent the continuous casting slab from being bent by decreasing difference of cooling rate between an upper part and a lower part of the continuous casting slab in the water cooling bath. A method of a continuous casting slab comprises steps of: cooling the continuous casting slab precipitated within the water cooling bath for 4 to 10 minutes; drawing out the slab outside the water cooling bath and air-cooling it; and precipitating the slab in the water cooling bath after the air-cooling and cooling it.
