ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY

An organic electroluminescent display device of a digital voltaic driving method is provided to improve the display quality by preventing the generation of the brightness difference in the display unit. The sub pixel positioned in the display unit comprises the capacitor(C) in which one end is connected to the first power source wiring(VDD). The first transistor(T1) is driven by the data signal stored in the capacitor. The second transistor(T2) controls the power source supplied through the first transistor. In the organic light-emitting diode(D), the first electrode is connected to the other end of the second transistor and the second electrode is connected to the second power line(GND) and the light emitting period is determined by the actuating time of the second transistor. The display unit is positioned in the sub pixel including the transistor circuit part(MT).
