<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back pressure responding type valve receiving large back pressure, capable of restraining or preventing the enlargement of an actuator and restraining an influence of the back pressure to the minimum to maintain a valve function. <P>SOLUTION: This back pressure corresponding type valve 1A is provided with a plug type valve 10A to open and close a fluid passage 3 by vertically moving in a valve chest 2, an energizing means to hold the valve 10A at either of a totally closed position and a totally opened position, an opening and closing operation mechanism to open and close the valve 10A by operating a force larger than that of the energizing means and a diaphragm 8 connected to a shaft 12 of the valve 10A and to receive the back pressure from fluid at the totally-closed position of the valve 10A. The diameter of the valve 10A is set so that a root at the side of the diaphragm 8 connected to the shaft 12 is smaller than a tip at the side of a valve seat 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
