<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate its manufacture, while generally enhancing durability of a control cable and reliability of a steering system, by improving an inner cable for a push-pull control cable including the steering system and applied to various control systems, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This inner cable for the push-pull control cable and its manufacturing method include a core wire having the predetermined length constituted by intertwisting a plurality of wires, a coiled wire joined to one end part side of the core wire, manufactured in advance in a spiral shape separately from the core wire and assembled so as to cover an outer peripheral surface of the core wire, a coiled wire joined to the one end part side of the core wire and forming a structure for spirally covering the outer peripheral surface of the core wire, and a synthetic resin covering formed in a residual section not joined with the coiled wire of the core wire. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
