<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal oscillator piece which has little vibration loss and a low CI value by making residual substances formed on a plurality of vibrating legs almost the same shapes and matching balances of frequencies of the vibrating legs with each other. <P>SOLUTION: The crystal oscillator piece includes a plurality of vibrating legs, one or more crotches provided with prescribed gap width between the plurality of legs, and a base to which the plurality of legs are connected, wherein the crystal oscillator piece is manufactured by etching and has: a first shoulder part projecting from the base part toward the -X axis side of a quartz crystal axis at one end side of the base part; and a second shoulder part projecting from the base part toward the +X axis side of the quartz crystal axis at the other end side of the base part The projection width of the first shoulder is equal to the gap width. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
