<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate of a truck and a manufacturing method therefor capable of obtaining sufficient adhesive strength against all directional vibrations and capable of obtaining the adhesive strength by easily and surely applying an adhesive. SOLUTION: A rectangular cross-sectional projecting strip 3 extending over the lengthwise directional total length is formed in a joining part of an adjacently joined one long size hollow panel 2, and a square groove 4 for surrounding the projecting strip 3 from both sides and a tip surface is formed in a joining part of the other long size hollow panel 1. The adhesive 5 is applied to an upper surface of the projecting strip 3, the projecting strip 3 is fitted to the square groove 4, the adhesive 5 is push-expanded, and is spread over the whole fitting surface, and the long size hollow panel 1 and the long size hollow panel 2 are adhered. Since the mutual long size hollow panels 1 and 2 are joined by adhesive surfaces on both sides 3b and 3b of the projecting strip 3 and an adhesive surface of a tip part 3a of the projecting strip 3 almost orthogonal to these adhesive surfaces, the sufficient adhesive strength can be obtained against the all directional vibrations.</p> |
