PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator capable of connecting members with each other and assuring an highly reliable operation, even though constituted in a simple structure. SOLUTION: A driving shaft 117 is connected to a nut 115 by cotters 120,120. Accordingly, a peripheral phase is freely adjustable, and the phase can be freely determined between the rotation stopper of the nut 115 mostly provided inside the actuator and a connecting surface mostly formed in the driving shaft 117. This causes a remarkable improvement in assembling operability. Further, a suppressing member 121 to prevent the cotters 120, 120 from coming off out of the peripheral groove 115b of the nut 115 protrudes a little from the outer diameter of the nut 115. Therefore, the suppressing member 121 is brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of a housing 101A, and the shaft core of the nut 115 accurately conforms to the center of the inner peripheral surface of the housing 101A. Moreover, if a material of highly slidable synthesizing resin and the like is used for the suppressing member 121, a friction can be reduced in the outer peripheral surface of the nut 115 and the inner peripheral surface of the housing 101A, resulting in a stable operation.
