PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracking fire preventing sheet capable of applying tracking fire prevention measure to an existing outlet. SOLUTION: The tracking fire preventing sheet, to be used by being inserted and pinched between an outlet and a plug, is provided with a grounding conductor sheet made of a sheet-like conductor with a pair of electrode pin-surrounding mouths formed at a position facing to live and neutral pin-insertion ports on a plug contacting face of the outlet and with grounding pin through-holes formed at a position facing to grounding pin-insertion ports on a plug contacting face of the outlet, a protection insulator made of an insulator covering an exterior side of the grounding conductor sheet, and a plurality of elastic tongue-shaped conductor brushes radially shaped toward inside of an inner part peripheral edge of the grounding pin through-holes of the grounding conductor sheet. Each of the electrode pin-surrounding apertures formed on the grounding conductor sheet is formed in a dimension so that an inner edge side is not in contact with the live pin or the neutral pin of the plug.
