PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select appropriate samples for learning samples used in an analysis processing to obtain a desirable analysis result. SOLUTION: A sample classification device 22 classifies samples acquired by an sample acquisition device 21 based on predetermined conditions. A learning sample selection device 23 selects a set number of the learning samples from the classified samples. A statistical analysis processing device 24 performs statistical analysis processing using the selected learning samples. The samples are classified and selected so as to obtain an optimal analysis result by the statistical analysis processing.
