PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent flexible wiring plates connected to a display panel from being stucked each other, to prevent erroneous connection in a manufacturing method for a display. SOLUTION: The flexible wiring board is connected to an electrode terminal part of the display panel, while taking out the flexible wiring boards 3 stored in a storage container 4 one by one by a taking-out device, using the cylindrical resin storage container 4 for storing the flexible wiring boards 3 under the condition where the plurality of flexible wiring boards 3 is layered, and the taking-out device for taking out one by one the flexible wiring boards 3 from the storage container 4, when connecting the flexible wiring boards 3 to an electrode leading-out part provided in the display panel, an inner face of the storage container 4 is provided with a discharging brush contacting with an end part of the flexible wiring boards 3, and the flexible wiring boards 3 is taken out by the taking-out device, while discharging the flexible wiring boards 3 by the discharging brush.
