摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device achieving thinning of a boundary layer and obtaining a sufficient improvement effect of a coefficient of heat transfer. SOLUTION: The cooling device for an electronic apparatus has a plurality of members juxtaposed so that their surfaces may be opposed, wherein at least one of the members has a heat radiation surface from which heat is radiated, and includes a duct 100 which includes an opening 100a and where a first air flow ejected from the opening 100a flows in a first direction along the heat radiation surface, and a duct 101 which includes an opening 101a and where a second air flow ejected from the opening 101a flows in a second direction crossing the first direction along the heat radiation surface. The center of the opening 101a is located on an opposite side to a side where the opening 100a is provided with a line 200c passing through the center 200a of the heat radiation surface as a boundary.
