PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrostatic charge developing toner having a mechanical strength and durability. SOLUTION: This electrostatic charge developing toner contains a binding resin, a coloring agent and a mold release agent, and has sea-island structure where the mold release agent exists as an island in the binding resin of a sea, a domain of the mold release agent contains fiber, and the binding resin contains 0.05 pts.mass or more to 5 pts.mass or less of inorganic particle having 5-200 nm of center particle size.
