PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of useless substrate space due to pulling-around of an image signal line 170. SOLUTION: A block selection circuit 142 has a plurality of unit circuits 144 connecting an output terminal with an input terminal at the next step each. Each of the unit circuits 144 delays pulses supplied to the input terminal by only a half period of clock signal CLX and outputs the pulses from the output terminal and a sampling signal based on the pulses. A connection signal line 172 crosses a linking signal line 181 linking the output terminal in the unit circuit to the input terminal in the unit circuit at the next step from a connection terminal 174 and is connected with the image signal line 170.
