PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone rubber composition for a templating mold, excellent in releasing property, capable of giving replicated products of slight stains, and also excellent in the defoamability of precured materials. SOLUTION: The silicone rubber composition for a templating mold comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyorganosiloxane having, in one molecule, two or more alkenyl groups bound to a silicon atom and a viscosity of 500,000-1,000,000 cps at 25°C, (B) a polyorganohydrogensiloxane having, in one molecule, three or more hydrogen atoms bound to a silicon atom in such an amount as to be 0.4-4 in the number of the hydrogen atoms bound to a silicon atom per alkenyl group bound to a silicon atom in the component (A), (C) a platinum-based compound in such an amount as to be 1-200 wt. ppm in terms of platinum atom based on the component (A), and (D) 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a polydimethylsiloxane having a 1-3C alkoxy group bound to a silicon atom on the molecular end and 5-500 in average polymerization degree.
