PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a laminated packaging material capable of protecting a cut edge surface of a strip laminated packaging material, thereby, suppressing permeation of liquid content, moisture and humidity, and preventing corrosion or deterioration of barrier property, of an aluminum foil, EVOH of a barrier layer or the like. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of laminated packaging material is a method of manufacturing the strip laminated packaging material comprising: a thermoplastic resin outer layer 1; a paper layer 2; a thermoplastic resin inner layer 3; and the aluminum foil layer 4 by high-speed melt-extrusion, and comprises: a process of drawing base paper from a broad-width base paper roller and slitting a strip semi-packaging material including at least the base paper layer or the strip laminated packaging material into a prescribed width in the longitudinal direction; and a process of covering the cut edge surface of the slitted strip semi-packaging material or the strip laminated packaging material with a thermoplastic resin.
