PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give significant traffic jam information to a driver in proper display modes. SOLUTION: An onboard navigation device 1 receives two or more continuous traffic jam information from a center device 2, and when the angle of a connection point connecting the two or more continuous traffic jam information satisfies prescribed conditions, connects and displays the two or more continuous jam congestion information as one piece of traffic jam information conforming to the shape of the road link of road map data.
