PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power slide device for a vehicular seat capable of equalizing friction noise generated between two members relatively rotated and contacted with each other when a slide rail is inclined during sliding rearwardly downwardly to that during sliding forwardly upwardly, and of responding to a plurality of types of vehicles as low cost. SOLUTION: A washer W1 for reducing friction force between a pressing member N4 and pressed member 45 on the rear side when a screw rod 75 is slid forwardly is provided between the pressing member N4 and pressed member 45 on the rear side.
