PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite board having a core material with color corresponding to color of a metallic thin film on a surface. SOLUTION: The surface of a sheet metal 1 has a colored layer 4 having chromatic color. The synthetic resin core material 2 having the same color as the surface is laminated on a back face of the sheet metal 1. A back face plate 3 is laminated on a back face of the core material 2. Thereby, if a composite board P is cut in an arbitrary position, an end face 21 in a cut cross section of the core material 2 has the same color as the colored layer 4 of the sheet metal 1 so that uniformity of the composite board P is improved.
