摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly adapt to a request by a colloquist for robots by enabling the robots to be remotely controlled by one or more operators meeting the requirement requested by the colloquist for the robots. SOLUTION: A robot remote control system 10 comprises the robots 12a, 12b, a central control device 14, and operation terminals 16a-16c connected to each other through a network 100. When the robots 12a, 12b are difficult to adapt by autonomous control only, the request for calling operators is sent to the center control device 14. When receiving the request for calling, the center control device 14 selects one or more operators meeting the requirement requested by the colloquist according to a requirement list prepared from the voice of the colloquist for the robots 12a, 12b. Then, the one or more operators selected remotely control the robots 12a, 12b by using the operation terminal 16. Since the robots are remotely controlled by one or more operators meeting the requirement requested by the colloquist for the robots, the system can properly adapt to the requirement.
