摘要 A structure reinforcement method using a spiral steel pipe pile for direct-boring grouting is provided to maintain the reliability of a structure by raising a sinking foundation and reinforcing foundation bearing capacity. A structure reinforcement method using a spiral steel pipe pile for direct-boring grouting comprises: a step for boring a sinking foundation(F); a step for arranging a spiral steel pipe pile for direct boring grouting at a bored part of the sinking foundation and rotating the spiral steel pipe pile and pipe-inserting the spiral steel pipe pile at the ground under the sinking foundation; a step for forming a pile bulb by injecting grout material inside a pile body of the spiral steel pipe pile for the direct boring grouting; a step for coupling the back end of the pile body of the spiral steel pipe pile for the direct boring grouting at a support bracket(300) installed in order to support the floor of the sinking foundation through the bored part; and a step for raising the support bracket and the floor of the sinking foundation.
