<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photogravure plate having cushion property, favorably achieving corrugated board printing and photogravure printing to a rough surface, and suitable for color printing a matrix image for constructing a color filter to glass for a liquid crystal panel, and a manufacturing method for it. <P>SOLUTION: This method includes: a process of forming a negative photosensitive composition layer made of negative photosensitive composition on the surface of a cushion layer made of resin having rubber or cushion property; an exposure process of applying light rays to the surface of the negative photosensitive composition layer through a mask to make an exposed part insoluble to a liquid developer; a development process of dissolving and removing an unexposed part by the liquid developer until the surface of the cushion layer is exposed; a process of etching an exposed part of the cushion layer by an etching means to form a gravure cell; and a process of separating and removing the insoluble exposed part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
