<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric inverter using a piezoelectric transformer, which can maintain high efficiency in a total input voltage range even if input voltage fluctuation occurs and which corresponds to a wide input voltage range. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric inverter has a detection circuit 1 for driving the single plate-type piezoelectric transformer by push/pull circuit-type driving and for detecting fluctuation of input voltage. A duty ratio of ON/OFF of input voltage supplied to the piezoelectric transformer 4 is changed by adjusting it to fluctuation of input voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
