<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a comfortable music piece from a plurality of music pieces. <P>SOLUTION: A storage device 30 stores respective tune data A of fragments P of a music piece and respective musical feature amounts F of the fragments P, for each of a plurality of music pieces. A similarity determination part 12 calculates a similarity index value R indicative of a degree of similarity between the feature amount F of each main fragment Pm of a main music piece and a sub fragment Ps other than the main fragment Pm of the main music piece, for each sub music piece Ps of the plurality of music pieces. A selection part 14 sequentially selects the sub fragment Ps indicative of similarity by the similarity index value R for each main fragment Pm. A processing part 16 sequentially processes the tune data A of each main fragment Pm based on the tune data A of the selected sub fragment Ps which is selected by the selection part 14 for the main fragment Pm.
