<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent short-circuiting due to deformation at a bonding process, pressurization spots (variations), or deformation of a material itself at unit shape processing, caused by pressure treatment at bonding of a counter electrode and a photoelectrode, in the manufacturing of a dye-sensitized solar battery. <P>SOLUTION: The dye-sensitized solar battery is manufactured with the use of either or both of a photoelectrode, having a short-circuit preventing layer made of an insulating material formed at least at a part of the peripheral edge part of an area that should face a counter electrode on a transparent conductive substrate, and a counter electrode, having a short-circuit preventing layer made of an insulating material formed at least at a part of the peripheral edge part of a region that should face a photoelectrode on the counter electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
