<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure between a flexible circuit board and a terminal fitting which can connect even if the circuit face is on either side of the top or the bottom side and in which reliability and workability are improved. <P>SOLUTION: In the connection structure between a flexible circuit board and a terminal, a barrel is formed rising on the bottom plate of a terminal having a top plate 3 and a bottom plate 4, and a hole into which the barrel of the bottom plate is inserted is formed on the flexible board, and by folding back the barrel inserted into the hole, the flexible circuit board is pinched by the top plate 3 and the bottom plate 4. The flexible board is pinched between projection parts 9-11 formed on the top plate 3 and the bottom plate 4 and one of the projection part 7 formed narrow and long projects longer than the adjoining projection parts 9, 11, and the projection part 10 formed on the other length direction projects longer than the adjoining projections 9, 11, and the recessed portions 6A-8A are respectively formed on the rear side of these projection parts. When the narrow and long flat surface on the surface of these projection parts pressure contacts the flexible board, the middle portion of the two long sides of the projection parts formed narrow and long is bent, and the two long sides pressure contact the flexible board as an edge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
