<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particulate feeding machine including an opening/closing valve with the function improved so as to enhance the feeding efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The particulate feeding machine 1 is equipped with a rotary opening/closing valve 7 having a rotary shaft 70 arranged parallel with vane plates 50 of a rotary valve 5 and a valve plate 72 fixed to the rotary shaft 70 and arranged to make changing-over between the blocking position H to block the communication part 6 and the opening position K to open the communication part 6, and when the opening/closing valve 7 is in the opening position K, the top 73 of the valve plate 72 is fastened by a plate-shaped lower fastening part 40 of a bag filter 4 while the lower end portion 74 of the valve plate 72 is arranged in proximity so as not to interfere with the rotating locus T of the vane plate 50, and in the condition that the bottom 74 has partitioned the upper opening 9 of the rotary valve 5 into to regions as a cast-in side opening 53 and an eject side opening 54, the particulate fed into a hopper 3 from a reception part 2 is put in from the cast-in side opening 53 of the rotary valve 5, while the mixture gas from the eject side opening 54 is subjected to a suction treatment of the bag filter 4 so as to separate the mixture into the powder and air, the latter to be released outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
