<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device for monitoring of a face collating device which can warn a guard that a passer who has a possibility of a specific person such as a very important person (VIP) is failed in verification and can prompt rapid response by the guard to the specific person. <P>SOLUTION: The terminal device for monitoring receives: a face image of a verification candidate from the face collating device 1; a determination result showing whether the verification candidate is a registrant; and a processing result including information showing each registrant to a predetermined rank of similarity with the face image of the verification candidate in descending order, and displays the face image of the verification candidate and a result of determination in a display part as a process result received from the face collating device 1. The terminal device for monitoring, when the determination result contained in the processing result received from the face collating device 1 is information showing that the verification candidate is not determined as the registrant, determines whether the specific person is included in the registrants of a predetermined rank of similarity with the verification candidate, and notifies of it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
