PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly guide a vehicle to a destination, and to properly control driving of the vehicle, by acquiring road information according to a change of road environment, in a traveling support device supporting traveling of the vehicle, a vehicle control system and a traveling support information storage device. SOLUTION: In this traveling support device, a memory 40 has: a memory area storing travel road-related data obtained when the own vehicle 70 travels on a road; and a memory area storing road map data. When traveling on the road wherein the travel road-related data are stored, traveling support data are generated based on vehicle position data, road environment data, and travel trajectory data included in the latest travel road-related data, traveling support information is displayed on a display 51 based on the generated traveling support data, and sound is emitted from a speaker 52. When traveling on the road wherein the travel road-related data are not stored, part of the road map data is displayed on the display 51, and sound is emitted from the speaker 52.
