PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a concrete block which can be suitably used for manufacturing a colorful and stain-proof concrete block at a low cost. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a concrete block according to this invention is characterized by having a step of forming a concrete block by placing a concrete stock containing a binder and an aggregate, wherein the binder contains at least 30 wt.% of a blast furnace slag fine powder, a step of subjecting the surface of the concrete block to design processing, and a step of subjecting the surface of the design processed concrete block to an oxidation treatment.
