PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element which has a high efficiency and long service life, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent element 10 includes an anode 2, a cathode 7, and a laminate sandwiched between the anode 2 and the cathode 7 and having at least an electronic block layer 4 and an organic light emitting layer 5 laminated in order.
