PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parent-child setting method in which a workability is simplified during a parent-child setting between a plurality of duct mounting PLC plugs which are mounted in a wiring duct arranged in a ceiling of a building, and also to provide a parent-child setting portable wiring duct. SOLUTION: The parent-child setting portable wiring duct 90 is provided with a slide rail portion 91 on which a plurality of duct mounting PLC plugs 60A, 60B are mounted, a conductor 93 arranged along with the slide rail portion 91, and a power source cable 96 which can be connected with a receptacle 150 arranged on the building with the conductor 93 in-between.
