PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high heatproof flexible flat cable without exfoliation between a conductor such as metal and an insulator, restraining deformation, and excellent in dimensional stability, flexibility, and heat resistance. SOLUTION: Of the high heatproof flexible flat cable for retaining the conductor with insulators from top and bottom, the insulator is a polyimide film obtained by reaction of aromatic tetracarboxylic anhydrides and aromatic diamines with a benzoxazole structure, and is structured of a polyimide film outer layer with a thermal contraction coefficient of 0.5% or less after an hour of heat treatment at 400°C, and a kind or more adhesive inner layers selected from polyimide or polyamide-imide with a 5% weight-fall-off temperature of 400°C or more.
