PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular storage seat having improved operability. SOLUTION: The vehicular storage seat S is provided with a seat support part 25 rotatably supporting one end part side of a seat cushion 11 and with a seat back 12 capable of reclining on the seat cushion 11 via a reclining mechanism 27. The reclining mechanism 27 is provided with a coil spring 51 for energizing the seat back 12 so as to fold the seat back 12 to the seat cushion 11 side having a predetermined angle with respect to the seat cushion 11; a first lock part 52 arranged so as to erect on the seat cushion 11 side of a connecting portion of the seat cushion 11 and the seat back 12 and locking one end part side of the coil spring 51; and a second lock part 53 arranged on the seat back 12 side of the connecting portion of the seat cushion 11 and the seat back 12 and locking the other end part side of the coil spring 15 on the seat back 12 side.
