PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which can be coated or adhered to the surface of a product to give soft touch, elasticity, vibration resistance, sound resistance, and breakage-preventing function to the product, to provide a composite material thereof, and to provide a method for producing the composite material thereof. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition is characterized by adding a softener to a styrenic elastomer, adding a polyurethane-based elastomer (TPU) for improving fusibility to a polar base resin, adding a compatibilizing agent for improving the compatibility of the styrenic elastomer with the TPU, and further adding an acryl-modified polytetrafluoroethylene for preventing a deposit-forming phenomenon or a drawdown phenomenon, when the composition is extrusion-molded.
