The pad (1) has a bed sided layer (2), a feculence layer (3) and a frame (13), which is connected with the bed sided layer. The layers and the frame consist of combination of different material layers. The feculence layer is connected with the bed sided layer and frame in a non-detachable manner. Leg and buttock protection elements (15, 16) are attached at the feculence layer for covering body-areas or parts of an anogenital region and lower body-areas or parts in a partial or complete manner.
