An expansion and contraction exercise device for the whole body exercise is provided, which makes exercise possible without using the neck and prevents a shoulder hanger from being separated from the upper body. An expansion and contraction exercise device comprises: both shoulder hangers(1); a length adjustment string(2) which is equipped in the both shoulder hangers and includes a loop(21) of multi-stage; both foot holding part(3) which is fixed to one of the loops of each length adjustment string through an expansion connecting part(4). The expansion connecting part comprises an opening and shutting hook(41) and an expansion member(42).
