A conduit and a pipe reclaiming method are provided to prevent the cracking of the subsurface water and a pipe lining material from being buckled with the work for of the outside water pressure. A pipe reclaiming method comprises: a step of distending by inserting an inverted pipe lining material into a conduit(10) after inverting a pipe lining material(20) in which the thermosetting resin is impregnated; a step of solidifying the expanded pipe lining material by using thermal medium; a step of forming gap(G) for grouting the inner surface of the pipe lining material and conduit; a step of forming a plurality of grout holes(21) at the inner surface of the pipe lining material; and a step of filling the gap the grout holes with a filler(41).
