<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operation efficiency by reducing eddy current loss generated during conduction while preventing the configuration from complicating and preventing the manufacturing cost from increasing, and to increase the amount of flux interlinking the stator winding of a stator. <P>SOLUTION: The rotor frame 33 of an axial gap motor consists of a radial rib 35, and a shaft portion 36 and a rim portion 37 connected integrally through the radial rib 35. The shaft portion 36 has a rib fitting hole 36a on the side of shaft portion in which the radial rib 35 is fitted; the rim portion 37 has a rib fitting hole 37a on the side of rim portion in which the radial rib 35 is fitted; and the radial rib 35 has a radially inside end 35a which is fitted in the rib fitting hole 36a on the side of shaft portion and fixed by caulking, and a radially outside end 35b which is fitted in the rib fitting hole 37a on the side of rim portion and fixed by caulking. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
