<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat fusion tool of a covering material for a pipe member which can easily melt an end face of the covering material in order to manufacture the pipe member where a clearance gap is hardly produced at a joint between covering materials. <P>SOLUTION: In a fluid pipe with a heat insulator where an outer surface of an inner pipe is covered with the heat insulator, when both parted heat insulators are mutually joined, the inner pipe is inserted into an insertion hole 20 between a fixed heating body 6 and a mobile heating body 9 in a closed state Q of an upper heating member 8 and a lower heating member 5 which are capable of being mutually opened/closed and thereby both heating surfaces 21 are applied to end faces of both heat insulators to melt the end faces. A stopper 24 protruding to the heating surface 21 side from an outer peripheral surface 25 side, where both heating bodies 6, 9 connect between both end parts 11a, 11b of a split edge part 11, and the heating surface 21 is disposed inside the stopper 24. Thereby when an object approaches the heating surfaces 21 of both heating bodies 6, 9, the object comes into contact with the stopper 24 to prevent contact with the heating surface 21 and consequently the heating surface 21 can be protected and careless touch to the heating surface 21 is prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
