<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fiber-reinforced resin tube capable of obtaining the fiber-reinforced resin tube having sufficient performance by preventing chipping of corners of a prepreg. <P>SOLUTION: The quadrilateral prepreg 11 composed of a fiber-reinforced resin containing a reinforcing fiber and a matrix resin is rolled around a mandrel 10 on a rolling plate (a lower rolling plate 112) for manufacturing the tube. The manufacturing method has a temporary fastening process and a rolling process. In the temporary fastening process, one side (a rolling start end 12) of the prepreg 11, in which the reinforcing fiber is arranged diagonally to an axial direction of the mandrel 10, is temporarily fastened to an outer peripheral face of the mandrel 10. In the rolling process, the prepreg 11 is rolled around the mandrel 10 by arranging the prepreg 11 on the rolling plate so that a corner C is positioned in a part where a lubricant 120 is pre-applied. The corner C is one of two corners not temporarily fastened and is positioned between two sides which are not temporarily fastened and which intersect with a direction of the unidirectionally arranged reinforcing fiber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
