摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change capacity of electric power without limiting a mounting location of an electric power storage system. <P>SOLUTION: The electric power storage system comprises a plurality of cells c1-c3, a first solution container arranged at an approaching and separating state by making respective cells c1-c3 independent to each other and storing a plus solution and being common to respective cells, c1-c3, and a second container arranged at an approaching and separating state by making respective cells c1-c3 independent to each other and storing a minus solution and being common to respective cells c1-c3. Sulfate ions and vanadium ions are contained in the plus solution and the minus solution at a balance-retaining state. The electric power storage system 11 can be miniaturized so that the first and second solution containers are arranged at an approaching and separating state by making the second solution container independent from respective cells c1-c3, and the capacity of electric power can be changed easily since the mounting location is not subsequently limited on the basis of the miniaturization. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
